5 fun ways to workout at home

If you’re like me and you’re still paranoid about going to the gym, or simply don’t prefer working out with an audience and would like to sweat in the comfort of your own home, this is the post for you! I like going to the gym because there are tons of cool machines that help you exercise tens of muscles I don’t know the name of, but I definitely don’t think it’s necessary to go there in order to stay in shape.

I’m a comfortable person more than anything. If there are ways to work out on my bedroom floor or in the living room, you bet I’ll do those instead of hauling my lazy ass to the nearest gym! Below are some of my absolute favourite ways to work out at home & stay active with minimal equipment and space.
